Comments:
Fume detector installed. Emergency shut down clips with lanyard installed. I/Os are MerCruiser Bravo Three duo-props -- crack noted in one blade of one of the starboard propellers and damage noted to one blade tip of one of the port propellers. The drive (tilt) rams are operational.

Good Condition has been adequately maintained for age of vessel.
Cushions/Covers: Very Good The cockpit cover cloth is in very good condition except in way of the aft snaps, where the cloth is pulling away, and where a few snaps are missing. The bimini is in very good condition. The upholstery is in excellent condition.

Condition has been maintained and cared for above and beyond average for age of vessel.

Salon: Good Interior is in good condition except for the carpeting, which would benefit from vacuuming.

Appearance:
Fair Staining noted in port aft corner of engine space. Oil absorb rolls have been installed at the forward end of the engine space that would benefit from replacement. The engines and drives are in visually sound condition.

Condition is in need of attention but can be easily addressed.

Surveyor's Overall Comments:
Handheld shower installed at the transom. Docking lights installed. Carbon monoxide detector installed but does not appear to be operational. Overall boat appears to be in good condition.
