The Pearson 38 was introduced in 1988, and received high marks from the industry observers for quality construction and exemplary fit and finish. This Vessel has 2 staterooms that include walkaround double beds, and both head compartments, feature separate stall showers. Additional feature include a well arranged engine room, bow pulpit, wide sidedecks, and a swim platform. She has been very well cared for with many recent upgrades to include new wall paper in the master stateroom, new upholstery on couch and chairs in July 2005, new carpet 2 years ago, new icemaker 2 years ago, and new bottom paint in July 2005. The only owners of this beautiful vessel have enjoyed her for many years, but due to other interests, do not have the time to use her.
